RETURNS / REFUNDS Policy

 

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund.  You can also return the item for an exchange if quantities, size, colors are available.  See Exchanges below.

  • Items must be, unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Certain items may not be eligible for returns, such as CLEARANCE/FINAL SALE ITEMS, ALL JEWLERY ITEMS, intimate apparel, and makeup.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at kfboutique1511@gmail.com to request a return authorization.

  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  3. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send your item(s) back.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning items unless the item received was incorrect or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be applied to your original payment method. 

  • Please note that shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 DAYS of delivery. If we aren't notified within three days of receiving item, it will not qualify for replacement or return. We will cover the cost of return shipping and offer a replacement or exchange.  Please include a photo of the defect/damage with your email.  

  • We are not responsible for damages to clothing caused by improper care of handling, or incorrect sizing.
